Two-factor authentication (often shortened to 2FA) provides a way of 'double-checking' that you’re really the person you’re claiming to be when you sign in Moxy. It is highly recommended to enable this option for security reasons.
When you sign in while 2FA is enabled, a one-time code is sent to your email or SMS to verify your identity.
To enable 2FA, follow the prompt on the Moxy landing page after you sign in. If there is no prompt, it is already enabled.
To disable 2FA, go to ‘My Profile’ and select ‘Disable Two Factor Authentication’. If there is no button with that name, it is already disabled.
